Digital Garden is a real-time, gesture-controlled installation that visualizes a collection of plant photographs as a dynamic, three-dimensional environment. Users interact with the entire composition using only their hands.
Spatial Data Composition
The piece arranges dozens of flower and plant images into a floating spherical structure. Each photo becomes a point in a living constellation of organic elements suspended in space.
Intuitive Gesture Controls
Users can zoom, rotate on the Y-axis, expand or solidify the sphere, and even morph it into a cylinder—simply through hand gestures.
Inspired by the idea of a memory palace, Digital Garden reimagines how data can be stored and navigated spatially. The project becomes a metaphor for organizing memories within a structured, yet fluid, digital space.
Technology Meets Nature
By pairing advanced real-time interaction technology with imagery of organic plant life, the installation bridges two contrasting worlds. It highlights the harmony between digital innovation and natural forms.
